Hello, RollerXpress family!

We hope you’ve all been enjoying your time on the rink lately. Seeing our community come together, lace up their skates, and share so many smiles is exactly why we love what we do.

As many of you know, RollerXpress is incredibly passionate about supporting Gloucestershire and giving back to the community that gives so much to us.

Because of this, we receive a massive number of requests every single week for fundraising support, raffle prizes, and charitable donations.

We wish we had a magic wand (and an endless supply of resources!) to say yes to every single wonderful cause that reaches out to us. However, as a community group, we are currently completely inundated with requests; we simply don't have the capacity to respond to or fulfill every ask we receive.

Please know that if we aren't able to support your specific cause or reply to your message, we truly wish you the absolute best with your fundraising efforts.

Keeping the Wheels Turning: A Friendly Reminder

On a similar note, we wanted to open up and share a gentle reminder about how community groups like ours stay afloat. Lately, we’ve experienced a high volume of intense pressure from various groups requesting free tickets, equipment, and free products.

While we always strive to be as accessible and generous as possible, the reality of running a community space is that it relies entirely on mutual support. Every time you buy a ticket for a skate session, purchase a drink at the counter, or upgrade your skate equipment through us, you are directly funding the roof over our heads, the lights on the rink, and the team that keeps you safe.

Without those vital contributions, we simply wouldn't be able to operate. It really is a classic case of "use it or lose it."

We want to be here for Gloucestershire for a long time creating memories, hosting roller discos, and keeping the joy of roller skating alive. But we can only do that with your support. By supporting our shop, bar and rink, you are directly investing in the future of your community skate space.
