This is the RollerXpress terms and conditions for online ticket sales. All ticket sales are processed by STRIPE

All ticket sales are final and we are unable to offer a refund. When you purchase a ticket, we are able to transfer the date, time and attendees. Our aim as a not for profit / Community Interest Company (CIC) requires that we encourage sport participation and social engagement - cancelling a ticket is not cool so we encourage everyone to get involved with Roller Sports.

If you are unable to attend a booked session for any reason, please send us an email or call 01452 90 58 58 to confirm/update your booking (please note, we are not always available to answer your call during busy sessions).

We will do our best to accommodate your change of booking request however if a session has sold out, we may be unable to fulfil your preferred time/date and offer an alternative session.

Online ticket sales are e-tickets and no physical goods are sold. All tickets sales are in £ (GBP).
​
When attending RollerXpress, please have your ticket booking reference available or the name(s) of the individuals attending to speed up entry time.
​
We limit the maximum number of tickets per order to 10. If you require more than 10 tickets, either contact RollerXpress for a group booking or complete a second booking online.
