💳 Cancellation & Date Change Policy 🛑

 

We want to be as flexible as possible with your celebration, but please note that all party deposits are strictly non-refundable. 🚫💰 Once your slot is locked in, that space and your dedicated host are secured just for you! 🤝🎈

Need to change your date? 🗓️ If your plans shift, we are happy to help you move your booking to a new date, subject to availability, provided you give us at least 14 days' notice. ⏳✨

🍕 Do You Offer Food & Drinks? 🥤

Yes, we do! 🎉 Our onsite cafe & scoop bar is stocked with delicious pizzas, tasty snacks, ice-cold slushies, dairy-free milkshakes, and premium Marshfield Farm scoop ice cream 🍦—all available to buy throughout your session. 🍕🍟🥤

Got picky eaters or special dietary requirements? 🍏 No worries at all! We want everyone fed and happy, so you are more than welcome to bring your own snacks or even order a takeaway delivery straight to the rink! 🛵📦📦

⚠️ Two Quick Rink Rules:

• 🥤 Keep a lid on it: To prevent sticky situations and slips on the skating floor, all outside drinks brought into the venue must have a secure, spill-proof lid. 🚫💦

• 🚫 No Alcohol: We are a family-first venue, so alcoholic drinks are strictly prohibited on the premises under any circumstances. 🛑❌

Bring the Cake, we'll bring the noise! 🎂

 

We LOVE cake (seriously, it’s a major passion of ours), but we don't bake them here! That means the choice is entirely yours—pick out your absolute dream birthday cake and bring it along with you.

When it’s time to blow out the candles, we turn it into a stadium event. We’ll blast Happy Birthday through our epic rink sound system, get the lights right, and lead the crowd. All we ask is that you bring the cake, the matches, and your absolute best singing voice! 🎤🔥

What age do you recommend skating parties for?

 

To make sure everyone stays safe and smiles all day, our roller parties are best suited for children aged 5 and up.

​

Because safety is our number one priority, our smallest rental skates start at a Junior Size 9 (going all the way up to an Adult Size 12). If you have some extra-little guests joining the celebration, please double-check their shoe sizes before the big day, as we aren't able to roll out with sizes smaller than a Junior 9!

​

A quick note on busy days: We have a massive mountain of skates, but during super-popular sessions, specific sizes can sell out fast. If that happens, our clever hosts will find the absolute best, comfiest alternative size to get your guests moving!

Can we bring spectators?

⚠️ IMPORTANT: Spectator Limits Apply

 

Please note that spectator space at our venue is strictly limited. To ensure we do not exceed our legal capacity, we must manage the number of non-skating guests inside the building.

• The Rule: A maximum of 1 spectator is permitted for every 5 skaters in your party.

• The Fee: If the number of spectators exceeds this 5:1 ratio, a spectator fee will be charged per additional person.

• The Solution: To avoid issues on entry, please inform your guests of this policy. Additional spectator spaces can be purchased at the time of booking or on the day, but are strictly subject to remaining venue capacity.
