What can I expect from a RollerXpress Party?

At your allotted party time your party will be met by your dedicated party host who will escort you past the queues to your reserved party seating. Once everyone has arrived your host will assist the party to get their skates on and hit the floor. Mid way through the session there may be a game held on the skate floor. Shortly after the game there is a opportunity to have some food if you wish and to get that cake cut and distributed leaving you with enough time to enjoy the last of the skating. At the end of the party the host will assist in the return of skates and pads and with the final clean up so that you can leave the venue for your next adventure.

How much will I pay?

Party pricing is calculated on a per head basis with a £75 non refundable deposit paid to secure your booking. The final balance will be collected during the party based on the number of people in attendance so you'll never pay for more people than are in your party

Do you offer Food?

Want to have food at your party? We offer a range of snacks and soft drinks within the venue. If you're looking to have something more substantial during your time with us then you're more than welcome to bring any types of party foods with you or alternatively order in from any of the local food delivery services. We do ask that when bringing drinks into the venue that they are in containers with lids to prevent any spills.

What age do you recommend skating parties for?
Skating parties are recommended for children over the age of 5. As the individual booking the party please be aware that we are unable to allow children below the age of 5 to participate. In support of this we offer hire skates from a Junior size 12 up to an adult size 12. Regretfully we are unable to supply skates to individuals with feet sizes out of this range. Please ensure that your guests are aware of this limitation.

We endeavour to carry enough skates across our sizing range however, at busy times we many not be able to meet the demand for a specific size and may suggest the best alternative available. 

Can we bring spectators?

As a venue we operate to a fixed maximum capacity and as such we are unable to accommodate large groups of spectators as part of a party. We appreciate especially where children are concerned that some parents may wish to stay within the venue. We reserve the right to charge a spectator fee per person where the ratio of party skaters and spectators is greater than 5 to 1. If you wish to purchase additional spectator places please let the team know.

We operate the venue as a community space and respectfully request that you help us to keep it as clean and tidy as possible. There are a number of bins in the party area and we would be most grateful if you could assist our busy team by clearing as much of your rubbish as possible at the end of your party so that we can continue to offer the same great party experience to our next guests.
